What is the difference between the “Advance Purchase” fare and the more expensive one

The more expensive fare is refundable & or date changes are permitted upto 5pm the day prior, the Advance Purchase fare offers no changes or refunds after purchase. This is for all optional extra’s as well you may add to your cart.
Is there going to be snow

Yes, Mt Buller will have skiable snow from 10th June 2023 to the close of season. Snow produced by their snow factory and complemented by natural falls will be enough for beginners, Intermediate and Advanced skiers or boarders will know when the relevant terrain is skiable.
Do we stop prior to Mt Buller

No, it is a direct service to give you more time on the mountain. There is a restroom on board the coach plus optional extra’s are collected on arrival at Mt Buller not en route.
What happens if I miss the bus in Melbourne

You have missed the bus, no refunds will be offered and the bus will not wait if you call.
Can I bring my own food or lunch

Yes there is shelter at Mt Buller with tables and chairs inside a heated area, but heating or cooking equipment is not permitted.
What happens if I hurt myself.

There is a medical centre on the mountain run as a private practice, we strongly recommend health and or travel insurance.
Will it be really cold

The average temperature will be -3 to + 3 degree’s, but could be -10 to + 15.
What happens if I miss the bus at Mt Buller back to Melbourne.

The bus leaves at 16.30, if you are not at the bus by 16.20 we will text you once to see where you are, if you do not arrive by 16.28 all accommodation plus related travel expenses will be at your cost to return to Melbourne.
Are the ski or snowboarding lessons offered in another language.

Subject to daily demand they may be, but all lessons are purchased on the understanding they are conducted in English.
Why is Southern Cross the only Melbourne Pick Up

To reduce cost and travel times we only depart from Southern Cross Station located on Spencer st with the best entrance opposite Little Burke st, all Metro trains easily connect here plus if staying in the Melbourne CBD you can use the Free Tram Zone to connect with ease.
Can we change our minds and add lift or lessons after we buy our day tour ticket.

After you have completed your online booking, you can not add or remove lift / lessons or optional products without cancelling the whole purchase. You can how ever purchase lift tickets etc directly with Buller Ski Lifts. BullerBus staff will not be able to assit with these outside purchases on the day of travel.
Can we buy our day tour tickets through a travel agent or hotel tour desk.

Where at Melbourne Airport do we meet

Bay 9 or 10 T4 Transport Hub (Direct & Regional Buses), underneath Rex & JetStar. If flying Qantas or Virgin, walk out the front of their terminal & turn right. Qantas is T1, Virgin is T3, we are at T4 downstairs.

Does the bus deliver me to my accommodation

No, we stop at the Village Square and change to over snow taxis, these are payable in cash for your return journey and there is no need to pre book. Average cost is $9 per person. This can be arranged by your driver on arrival. Or you can potentially walk to your accommodation.
Can I book through a travel agent

Yes, your travel agent will contact us or their proffered wholesaler to arrange your travel.
Why do the fares change when I re look at the prices after a few days?
